The site is only 4 miles from junction 15 M4 motorway
Day Visitors & Accommodation
If you have bought a weekend ticket but want to stay in bricks and mortar, the surrounding villages of Wanborough, Chiseldon and Aldbourne offer some brilliant bed and breakfast accommodation.
Food & Drink
You can bring your own alcohol to the festival camping area in moderation. Please be aware that anyone who appears to be under the age of 25 will be asked for valid ID if seen consuming alcohol in the festival arena. You cannot bring your own alcohol into the mail arena.
Summer Breeze Festival boasts a fantastic bar which offers a great choice of real ales, ciders, spirits, lagers, wines and soft drinks all at reasonable prices.
We have a great range of food outlets at the festival catering for all food tastes. All our food vendors have been picked to provide good quality organic foods at sensible prices.
Money
Summer Breeze Festival does not have ATM Machines on site. The nearest ATM is 3 miles away at the Esso fuel station in Chiseldon. There will be no card facilities on site - all ticket and vendor purchases must be paid in cash.
Camping
Camping at Summer Breeze Festival is strictly Friday and Saturday night only.
Children / Youth
Everyone entering the festival site will get a wrist band
ALL youth ticket holders must be accompanied by a ticket holding parent or guardian over the age of 21. Youth Weekend Tickets are for anyone within the 11-15 age range on 14/07/2012.
Children aged 10 and under can enter the festival FREE OF CHARGE. They will be given a wristband and parents asked to write a mobile phone number on them.
Toilets
We expect all our toilets to be clean and tidy at all hours of the day and we have a team working 24/7 to ensure these standards are met.
Animals
We regrettably are not allowed any animals to be onsite at the festival this year.
What time is music on to?
Music starts around 12.00 hrs on Saturday and 11.00 hrs on Sunday.
Saturday the festival music stops at 02.00 hrs.
Sunday the festival music stops at 20.00 hrs
Opening and Closing Times
The festival opens its gates at 18.00 hrs 13th July 2012 and you are expected “Get off my land” by 21.00 hrs on Sunday
Festival gates will open at 10.00 hrs on Saturday and Sunday 14th / 15th July
Please be aware of your alcohol levels before leaving the festival site and we suggest you limit drinking on Sunday should you be driving home.
No open fires are allowed at Summer Breeze Festival.
Raised BBQs are allowed - however they will be monitored by event stewards.
Proof of Age
The festival will operate a challenge 25 scheme to stop underage drinking at the festival.
The festival will accept three forms of identification with regards to identifying an attendees age.
This will be a valid UK Passport, Driving Licence or a PASS Identification Card.
Crime
Although Summer Breeze Festival has not encountered theft in the past, we are aware that tent theft is becoming common at festivals, and we advise you to visit the Crimestoppers website prior to attending the festival raise your awareness of crime and help you to minimise risk to yourself.
All security personnel have UV marker pens where you can write your name and address on your belongings.
All security will have photo ID to ensure you know who you are dealing with.
Parking
We have ample FREE on-site parking at the festival, which is only a maximum of 100metres from the camping ground. There will be NO CAMPING in the car park. Any naughty vehicles parked on the road surrounding the festival site will be
towed away.
Vehicle movement might be restricted depending on the weather.
Campervans
We have an area for live in vehicles.
